Indiana has purchased about 30 percent of the land it needs for the east end bridge and is demolishing homes to make way for construction. Kentucky has completed right-of-way plans and its road fund budget sets aside tens of millions of dollars in the next two years for right-of-way purchases for the rebuild of Spaghetti Junction and for the east end bridge.
